Comments:  Pours a deep golden color with a 2 finger off white head (BEAUTIFUL), no lacing.  Honey & malt aroma.  Sweet roasted malt, caramel & honey, with a SLIGHT citrus hop balance.  I good tasting Maibock!  Easy to drink!

Comments:  Brewed with all five Noble Hop varieties. Nice clear golden color, frothy white head, GREAT lacing.  You can definitely taste the hops, smooth - easy to drink, crisp dry hops finish.  Better than the Scrimshaw.  Perhaps the best beer brewed by Sammy.

Comments: Pours a hazy light golden color with a 1 finger white head, no lacing.  Aroma - not much - maybe a little hop.  Taste starts off with sweet malt, then some lemon and then a crisp hop finish.  A nice Pilsner, easy to drink.

Comments:  This brew was half gone before I remembered that I wanted to take a photo.  I hate when that happens :)   Pours a hazy golden orange color, with a 2 finger white head, nice lacing.  Pine, grapefruit hop aroma.  Taste is similar to the aroma, hops balanced by some sweet malt flavor.  A good solid citizen.

Comments:  Pours a deep amber-colored.   Sweet caramel malt aroma.  Taste starts with caramel malt ends with a slight spice / pepper bite.  Website states: "Roasted ancho chile is used to add depth and complexity, without adding heat or strong chile flavors."  I agree - not too hot or spicy.

Comments:  "A Beast Of A Beer"  Old Thumper was created in 1979 by Ringwood Brewery in Hampshire, England.  It is brewed in the US soley by Shipyard.  It pours a light copper color with a nice 2 finger foamy white head, great lacing.  Starts with a sweet caramel, fruit & bready malt taste, ends with a nice dry hop finish.  EXCELLENT
