Comments: Brewed with all five Noble Hop varieties. Nice clear golden color, frothy white head, GREAT lacing. You can definitely taste the hops, smooth - easy to drink, crisp dry hops finish. Better than the Scrimshaw. Perhaps the best beer brewed by Sammy.

Comments: This brew was half gone before I remembered that I wanted to take a photo. I hate when that happens :) Pours a hazy golden orange color, with a 2 finger white head, nice lacing. Pine, grapefruit hop aroma. Taste is similar to the aroma, hops balanced by some sweet malt flavor. A good solid citizen.
